Costume Storage?
A few of us were discussing the fact that...if we pay $10US for several Costumes...shouldn't we be given Costume Storage at one point? We have spent quite a bit of money now on Costumes....I think that would be nice.
Also to those who will reply with..."Hey, but you can remake them endlessly!"
Yeah, but what if I dye them black and don't want to! :O
Just sayin'....would be nice

A costume storage slot in the chest would be totally awesome. I would hate to have to delete a black or white dyed costume because I don't have room. I know I can make another one but I can't make another black dye LOL!

Well, it helps the 'ecomoney' to have people paying for dyes all day. And they already add the equipment bag for more storage. So I doubt they can do much more about that.
Don't get me wrong. I thought of the idea myself.
Even with the equipment bags, it's just hard to decide on one, and you end up with many of the costumes in your inventory.
Since I dye all my stuff with the same color for each profession (My ele dyes gold, my ritualist dark cyan, my warrior black, etc...) I would be happy enough if the color was stored in the slot, and not in the item.
But that's just me. Most people will have different costumes dyed with different colors.
Ah... now I wish we had GW2 dye system! Even if I had to buy it as an unlock pack or something like that, I'll get it!
... well, maybe as long as it works also in PvP characters. They have rather limited choices in colors.
By the way, you have to try silver+orange in the female pumpkin suit.

the economy is already gone, and will be moreso with 7 hero parties. Black dye is currently 7.5k at the trader which isn't much but still annoying (gotten 4 drop farming ToT bags). I think the majority of it comes from those who do like to help where they can by purchasing the costumes ... 6 different costumes, including helms, for so many different toons. It adds up faster than most armor pieces. Probably won't happen but definitely a good idea none the less. But yeah, don't like having to delete costume pieces for various other things other than cosmetic appearances, and helping provide some funds for the best ftp game. Maybe not even costumes, what if it were something like being able to wear a bigger or dual equipment packs? That would make everyone over all happy...

Please, make a seperate panel or area just for the costumes. With the amount of dye I've spent and used on them its not worth deleting it to make room in my storage.
there's gotta be another way.

only because i know they wont do it. they didnt do it for minis, normal armor what makes people think they will do it for this armor. armor you can remake over and over, and if you dye it black you'll have to deal with it like if you used it on a normal armor. that said if i had money i would so buy these costumes.

Put me up to speed on this, because I've never had a costume - do you only get one costume set per purchase? That is, if you buy a costume, could you not delete it and get another set from the costume maker?
If that is not the case, I believe that's where the problem lies.

Yes you can make as many costumes as you like, even multiple copies of the same one, on any character on that account (not sure about pre characters). Its the exact same way the Festival Hat Maker is set up.
/not signed...dont need it.

It's like the hats. You can get as many costumes as you want as long as you purchase the set from the store. People don't like deleting and recreating because of the expensive dye they use on it.
Would it be nice? Sure. Do I expect it? Not really.

Yeah, if they can be recreated, we don't need an extra storage pane for it. Recognize how much space everything you want to carry around on a daily basis is going to take up and get rid of something else less important if you're running short. Otherwise, don't buy/carry costumes.
